I am also deeply committed to the natural world. Every specimen is sustainably sourced from conservation projects and farms that support local habitats and wild populations.

Shipping within Australia
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Brisbane within 3–4 business days.

• Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD
• Insured Shipping: $14.95 AUD
• Premium Shipping: $19.95 AUD

Every order includes a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your parcel is on its way.

International Shipping
I ship worldwide for a flat rate of $39.95 AUD.
Please be aware that as the importer you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes specific to your country. While I take every precaution with documentation, I recommend checking your local customs regulations regarding entomology specimens before placing your order.

Returns & Damages
Because these are one of a kind pieces, I do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, your piece should arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that your parcel is damaged during transit, please email me within 24 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the specimen so I can help make it right.

Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once Australia Post confirms a parcel has been delivered to your address, it is no longer under the protection of Blk Mxgic. To ensure your parcel is safe, I highly recommend choosing a secure delivery location or selecting an insured shipping option at checkout for extra peace of mind.
